: ملخص

The book presents some of the most important techniques for determining the type of Digital Modulation Recognition (DMR) plays a crucial role in modern communication systems by identifying the modulation type and order of received signals. It is vital for military applications such as signal interception and interference analysis, as well as civilian uses including cognitive radio for dynamic spectrum monitoring. This book investigates the application of machine learning techniques to optimize modulation classification performance. Feature extraction relies on higher-order statistics, specifically High-Order Moments (HOM) and High-Order Cumulants (HOC), chosen for their computational efficiency and robustness
The classification process is examined through a variety of supervised learning algorithms, including Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Support Vector Machines (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Random Forest Classifier (RFC), and AdaBoost. These classifiers are evaluated in the context of modulation recognition with a focus on balancing accuracy, computational complexity, and practical implementation. Furthermore, cooperative decision fusion strategies are discussed to enhance classification reliability in multi-antenna receiver systems
This work contributes to advancing modulation classification by providing a comprehensive analysis of feature extraction and diverse classifier performances, establishing a foundation for future research in intelligent communication systems
